info on 1franc coin dated 1921

hello there if anyone can help me identify this coin, on the one side it says  (CHAMBRES.DE.COMMERCE.DE.FRANCE. ) Under the word franc is the initial BR.AL.   On the other side  it  says ( COMMERCE  INDUSTRIE) it has what i would describe as a man  sitting naked  on what could be a throne type chair, holding what I believe is the symbol for medicine in his right hand  and under some type of maybe a musical instrument. He has a cap on his head with wings on the top. On the bottom it has  he word DOMARD and the initials INV.   

The other coin i believe could come from Ukraine  the one side shows a king  the first letter is a r but backwards to me the other letters are (POCTHE NEXT LETTER LOOKS LIKE A UPSIDE V  FOLLOW  BY THE LETTER  AB  THE NEXT ONE IS MY NOT SURE WHAT THE NEXT LETTER IS THE LAST THREE LETTERS ARE PHH AND THE LAST H HAS A  WHAT IT LOOKS TO ME AS A HALF MOON SHAPE ABOVE IT. On the other side it has the value of 2 on it and issue in 2018.  With the letters  above the 2 ( YKPAIHA ) the  i has two dots above it, under the 2 it says  (RPHBHI )  Hopefully some one can help me identify these two coins  thanks in advance and have a nice day.

There's a limit on file size. Maybe your pictures are too large.

but that - for catalogue pages - is 8MB maximum.

But I think that's wrong as I was able to upload a 5 MB file as my avatar.  Numista reduced it to 11 kb.
