Is this a real coin or a fake?

Welcome to Numista. As with any coin, the more information you can provide the better for others to help you. Weight, diameter, composition if known please. On the face of it I would say it is not genuine.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the metal alloy is unknown... The coin weighs 2.68 grams. The diameter is approximately 2 cm. The width is approximately 1 millimeter.

Not many choices otherwise and I see no child to the right so it is representing itself to be the coin in the Numista link already provided. Weight is slightly off, diameter is almost 5mm off,  and details are very crude and does not compare to the original to my eye. My conclusion is almost certainly not genuine although I am not an expert at these types. Perhaps we should wait for others to express their views. Good luck with it.

In this world anything is possible but in this case not probable. A contemporary replica is more likely although I cant say for certain.
