any info on these like what there made of i think the 10 cent is silver but dont know the percentage and what the years were or the mintage

10 centavos is .800 silver, 1887 with letter H is only mintage, proof additional
5 centavos is copper-nickel, 1899 only with 2,000,000 mintage
