Need Help Regarding Swap

Hi,

I am new to Numista. I want to swap my coins. I just need know if there is any Numista rules and regulations regarding to swapping i.e. uploading the actual coin image or postage proof etc.
I am asking it because I could not find any such option here.

You can upload the image of your coin if your swap partner asked you to. You can also tell the tracking number as postage proof or if your partner claimed he didn't received your coins. There is no documentation in swapping here. You can ask your first swap partner how to do it. I learned mine that way.

Hi Jedsada and christianjaztyn,

Thanks to both of you for your help. But in the Numisdocs Jedsada mentioned, I found that there are 7 options in the "Swap" page. I am able to see only 6 options in my swap page :
1) Send a message to <user>
2) View <user>'s profile
3) Edit your collection
4) I dont want to swap
5) View with Excel
6) Refresh the page

And I am not able to negotiate, what the swap partner has requested are already checked and I cannot uncheck them. Can you help what's wrong.

You can uncheck the coins on the left, not the right, that's for the other one who is involved in the swap. If you add more coins to the swap, it will be called Under negotiation in the swap monitor

In the Numisdoc, it's said that you can select a swap partner from the list according to 7 criteria (Pseudo, Rating, Country, Coins that may interest you, Coins that may interest him/her, Distance, and Seniority).

As Hippaforalkus said, you can't uncheck the boxes in the right column. If your swap partner choose a coin and you don't want it to be part of the swap then don't check it. Check only the coins you accept to send him(her).See pic:
