Hold fire on e-mailing me.  I have an issue with my paypal account that might be terminal for me being able to sell internationally.

   

Nope, it's terminal.  After 45 minutes on the phone to Paypal they definitely can't link my bank account the way it is, and a 25 minute appointment with the bank showed that they can't rename my account.  So stupid, it's one silly little symbol that means I can't withdraw any cash out of my Paypal account.
