How can I speak to the mods about an unfair rating?

Hey everyone, I with to speak to a moderator or an admin.
I have made a swap with someone and I reckon that my comunication and overall rating wasn't that good, but yet I don't think I deserve such a bad rating.

I was supposed to send two coins and I sent one right and one with a different date than what we agreed on. We then agreed I'd send some more coins in compensation and I did, yet i got a 0 star rating.

I know I don't deserve a 5* rating but still I think the rating I got is wrong.
According to the page on numisdoc, 0 stars is "This is the worst rating, used only if you sent the coins and never received anything."

I sent coins, even extra ones that we didn't agree in the beginning. Can someone help me with this?

Don't pay attention to non constructive responses.
Send a PM to bam777. He is able to change ratings if there is something wrong or not fair.
