"Yehi Ratzon" Token (Israel???)

Well that's not realy "yehi ratzon" , we can call it "tefilat haderech" token.
For those who are interested about what engraved : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tefilat_HaDerech
So thats why i call it so.

I found it in the park when i was a kid . (#1)
