Hey there. If you are you from Eurozone and you too are really tired of people who collect 2 euros and want to swap it for 3 common coins in circulation of their country, whose value is less than 20 eurocents, this message can really interest you.

There should be a lot of Europeans like me in this site for whom it's pretty simple to get some commemorative 2 euros in good conditions from their country - so it should be easy to create a connection of guys from different countries so that everyone can easily swap 2 euros of his country with that of another one, without buying them and spending more than their real value.
Some things I'd like to say:
- lots of guys are looking for 2 euros in BU condition; I'm fine with that, but if you want a BU in most of cases you gotta order it from the mint and you gotta spend more than 2 euros, plus you have to find someone else who did the same with another 2 euro you need, which is not that easy. While it's easy to get some commemorative 2 euros in very good condition (almost uncirculated, in Italy you mostly get them at the post office) and it's not that their value is so different from a BU one, in majority of cases. Just know that, a BU 2 euros won't be worth 100 euros not even in 100 years, there are so many of them. So maybe for getting a huge collection in a simpler way it would be better to know people from different countries and swap.
- 2 euros from Vatican city and San Marino: yeah, I know, they are difficult to get and they are sold to collectors but I wouldn't give more than 2 euros for them. Those little states would issue a coin for commemorating public toilets, I'm not gonna play their game, so those 2 euros are worth 2 euros for me, not more, not less.
- exceptions: some 2 euros are very requested on the market and their value is more than 2 euros. In that case, we'll have to find the best deal or we just won't swap, no problem.

Trust each other part: to avoid wise guys around, I think we should get in connection (we can use social networks) and send picture of the 2 commemorative 2 euros we want to swap and send, and ask the swapper to do the same. Plus, everyone should take a picture of the letter with stamp or digital code before sending it, and show it to the swapper to prove he has sent it. Adding each other on social network can make things easier, anyway. We can start sending just one 2 euros, and if someone has cheated, it's not a great loss and the smart guy is "out of the club", anyway.

I'm Italian and I can easily get any commemorative 2 euros from my country in very good condition. If someone from some other country is interested, and needs some 2 euros, just PM me and let me know what he needs. I just have some commemorative 2 euros from Germany, so should be easy to swap. Of course, I'll try to create of group of swapper so that we can co-operate and everyone has his collectibles.

Any info, or better ideas to get things done, PM me as well.

I have most Italian 2euro coins still missing from my collection, but due to having no time at moment, I do not swap 'til exams and other stuff is done. However, I hope it is OK with u if I contact you later on, hope u will still be checking ur Numista messagebox.

However I am not interested social network sites and communicating through them. For me Numista is enough of social network for exactly that reason - coin swapping. And I will only swap in Numista platform.
Of course can send pictures if you need them prior to swap.

That's why I wrote we can eventually use social network, to communicate in real time and swap in just few minutes, since this site hasn't got a real time chat (we would make things much easier).

Anyway, dude, once you're done with your exams try to get more commemorative 2 euros and let me know.
I would like to join the club, but I live in USA and I can offer circulated commemorative 1 Dollar coins (if anyone wants them)

2Euro is equal to 2.77Dollars so I can offer 5x1Dollar for 2X2Euro

At the moment, I'm only collecting euro coins but it's an idea.

I live in Germany so I can get commemorative coins from Germany easily and I have also quite a lot older ones.
I'm not orange and also in other things I'm not a Donald at all. DonChori like Don Felipe or Doña María, por favor.
Great.

Yeah,it can work fine if you want to swap 2 euros X 2 euros. Please PM and tell me exactly which Italian 2 euro coins are you looking to, eventually it shouldn't be that complicated to get what you need for me.
