what country and year these are?

Hi there, I just got a lot of new coins and these two came in it.
I know that they are from some middle east country but i don't know which one and what year they are from, can anyone help me out?

the date is below the value and looks like a 1, a backwards 7 and two circles which is 1255 in arabic numerals, then on the other side there is the year it was minted (year 19 which is 1858)
