Funny how spiteful we are about French coins!! Sadly, #1 does look nicer to me... the design on #2 is lazy, to me it looks like it should have been used on a copper coin instead of a gold one. Words and leaves don't make a good design...

Number 2. Not because the design is great, but due to it featuring Napoleon, the Greatest military strategist of all time. You're all just jealous how an Italian-Frenchman beat the crap out of Europe :P
Anyway, I'm pretty sure this coin will take victory on the French forum.........
