Wrong date for Y#121: 3 Kopeks (USSR)

Hi there! This type was issued only in 1957 in compliance with the latest edition of Krause Catalog (38th ed.) The present entry lists also the wrong 1956 year. Could you please correct it? Thank you a lot, Alex
