50 Kopeks, Y# 89 (USSR) - some corrections needed but it's locked

I couldn't make any corrections to the date listing as it is locked:
see the attached sceenshot

1) it must be "1924 ПЛ" (instead of "1924 ПJ")
2) it must be "1925 ПЛ" (instead of "1925 ПJ")
3) it must be "1926 ПЛ" (instead of "1926")
4) it must be "1927 ПЛ" (instead of "1927 ПJ")
