Can't help you there, Dutch mint doesn't work that way anymore, all I can get are commemorative 2 Euro coinrolls. The only roll I can get is the 2014 New 2 Euro coin of the Netherlands.

Verweis : Hippaforalkusno, they don't sell the rolls, they just put them into circulation. when you're lucky you can get a roll the day they put the coin, like new 2014, in circulation. Then you can get them unc, but the chance of that, these days, 0.00001%. I myself have never got one, only circulated rolls.
