Hi all,

I just got these 'coins' made from paper. They are used by militairy in Afganistan of any country that are there.

The paper coins have values 5 - 10 - 25 cents and all dated.

All have a year on it .

Got them for free and nice to have I think.

My boy friend (and yes I'm a women collecting coins  :8D  ) is in the army and he needs to work in Afganistan from time to time. So he can collect them there and give them to me.
If people are interested in them I'll ask some more  ;)

I must be missing something, why should the thought of a woman collecting coins be surprising? I have never thought of coin collecting as macho or a male-only hobby.

Matt
it would be cool to have some of those, we could barter for them.like 35c a piece plus shipping. I would be interested.

Was joking a bit since I did read on an another threat here that most collectors are men, no offence offcourse
