The counterstamp 1655 in a side and IIII in the other side was stamped only in coins of 2 maravedis of Catholic Monarchs (Isabella and Ferdinand), Philip II and Philip III.
Your coin is too heavy and large for Philip II and III, then it must be what is left of:
