unidentified counterstamped coin 1655 possibly from Spain

There is not much to be seen on this coin but I am hoping someone may be able to identify it

The counterstamp 1655 in a side and IIII in the other side was stamped only in coins of 2 maravedis of Catholic Monarchs (Isabella and Ferdinand), Philip II and Philip III.

I have fix the weight in Numista catalog. The usual weight of these coins is 3,9 to 4,5 g.
