I am looking for some russian and soviet coins...

I propose to swap it with french coins, euros (silver 10 euros...) or russian coins.

I leave in Belgium. Coins can be sent in france or in Belgium ( I have two adresses)

The euro it's very atractive for such poor countries. They prefer that tourists do pay with euros.
