Identification : Austrian shield and scallop :) [gelöst]

Once again, whay should I say  
Austrian shield, probably German state, regards to its state of conservation, I would bet between 1650's and 1750's, diam : 20mm so 25 mm with lettering
I was thinking "Bavarian shield" pfennig, but it's not.
1 Heller, 1/4 Stüber, Oord, Liard ...

Right shield is Bavaria
left shield is Augsburg (in Bavaria)
I have search, but did not find the coin

I found a very interesting presentation on coins from Bavaria
Unfortunately without my coin that should be after Maximilian-I.

I thought that the shield was from Habsbourg family instead of Augsburg town

And perhaps in the beginning of the XIX century. The bavarian shield was on 1807



but with arms of the House of Wittelsbach going leftward

The ruler, Maximilian Hendrik (Henry or Heinrich), is from the House of Wittelsbach and therefor a cadet from Bavaria. He was Archbishop of Cologne and in his capacity Prince-Bishop of Liege.
