as far as I know Philadelphia presidential pennies have no "P" mark on them.

There is no P mint mark. The P you see listed in books means no mint mark (Plain).

I agree with the above two replies. If your cents really do have a "P" mark on them, we need to see photo proof, as it would be a major numismatic discovery.
