I see that you have Engraver listed for the Obverse and Reverse but no Designer option? In most coin books they have both listed (please see example scan below)

On Numista, "Engraver" is short for "Engraver or Designer".
For most of the coins, only one artist is known, wether the designer engraved himself or the engraver is not known. If there are two names, both can be specified.
If more precision is needed, it is possible to specify who made what in the coin description.
