Wrong rating [gelöst]

I made a swap successfully and wrote the feedback. I put the maximum at rating, but maybe due to slow internet that time or by some other reasons, finally the comment was correct, but the rating was 0

The question is how to change the rating? Is there a standard procedure or I should ask someone to do it manually?

I think the admins can change it, ask Bam, he's the exchange admin

I think it is amazing how bam responded to your problem within a few days. I sent a pm to bam a few weeks ago about a swap rating that needed to be changed because me and the swapper had worked out the problem but still no response...

With agreement from the member in question you have a 4  star rating. It took me a while to do as, unlike cyprusalexander you did not provide me with profile links as per my request in modification of feedback request. Like several other members.

This is not my day job and unbelievably there was one person yesterday that had PM'd me twice in two days consecutively to tell me to change ratings because they had made a mistake.

I will be setting up a new system for managing errors like this.

Furthermore, sometimes I need a gentle reminder as I can get many PM's a day. Hopefully, with my new system in place I can resolve issues more quickly.
