These types have an inscription on the edge, so there exists a position A and a position B.
 If you make this distinction for other countries (f.i. for USA, Canada) you have to do it for Brazil (and Mexico!) too.

I think we, all together, have to do better here than the Krause catalog and try to be as complete as possible.
