Chinese or Japanese Token/Coin for ID [gelöst]

I am looking to buy a token/coin, the person who wants to sell sent me the pictures below, the only info I have is that the diameter is more than 30mm.
Anyone fammiliar with japanese/chinese writing could tell me what it is or guide me to the right direction?

this is a Chinese silver coin made in Szechuan Province. However it is listed in Tibet in KM catalog.

This is 1 Rupee silver coin. The exact km# depends on its silver content, probably Y#3 (.880-.935), Y#3.2 (.700) or Y#3.3 (.420-500)

This looks so fake, do you know how to test for silver?

Yes, I know most of the engines to check if is real silver, the coin is not in my possession, the owner sent me the pictures via facebook to ID and asked for a reasonable price.

I will tell him the basics of silver detection.
