Any idea why is this extra line?

Except this strange extra line this would be for me a Boo chiowan, Type D, East branch, Qianlong cash. Usually I would say this extra line would be probably from a fake, but some unlisted details in the Hartill drawing make me thinking to an additional particularity:

Good input, it's really hard to say. I tend to think it's a fake since the link seems to be strong and continuous like below.
