I think the cow skull side is about 10 degrees off to the left

If you mean a rotated die, then I suggest that you adjust it in the case exactly where it should be and then compare with the other side. As it is now, the queen's portrait is slightly leaning forward in the case; once adjusted, if there is a rotation, it will be less than it appears in the picture.

It might be easier to set the skull's side exactly right, and then look at the queen's side.
