2010 GB 5 pence errors

Thoughts please re this coin which has a lot of die clogs and also 1 bar on and 1 bar over(not listed) as per https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6612.html.
Also is slightly off in orientation as per photo's

Its more of a surprise when you get 1 that doesn't have some cud or die flaws on it Fourmack, I have bags of 5p, 10p, 20p & 50p's all with a variety of flaws.
The QC officer it appears was let go some years ago, I will dig out a 5p I got the other day which makes old queenie look like she has the pox.
