Yes and no Ken B.
It is Constantine ii but yours was minted in Nicomedia, the mintmark - SMNB - RIC VII 189.
I deny nothing but doubt everything, opinions are made to be changed, how else is the truth to be gotten at.

The link you posted is for Constantine Sr, yours is Jr.
Same as the first coin you linked just a different mint that's all.
