Please help identify two ancient coins

Please help identify two ancient coins!

Both of them were baught in Montenegro for a few bucks a piece at a local souvenir shop.

I woild like to know the following if possible please:

1) Numista type if any
2) are they genuine or just a fake for tourists?

Both look authentic to me. And their low grade makes that almost certain.

For the first coin, based on the reverse legend "SPES REI PVBLICAE" I suggest RIC IX Roma mint #63 (an AE 3 of Valentinian II or Theodosius).

The second one reads "CONSTANTI─NVS MAX ___" (perhaps AVG for Augustus?) so I think it is Constantine I.

AVG on roman coins means indeed august

So it seems that Coin 1 is Constantius II.

All this is speculative and debatable of course as the coins condition is too poor ((

Can you put a magnet above coin2 ? Peculiar oxidation for a copper coin.

Yep, I have tried with a magnet and none of them are magnetic!
