Well, I think it's been almost a year or so since I've been on this site! :8D
It's a really cool website and a neat idea :-)
So far I've gotten to talk to a lot of different people from around the States, Canada and all over the world.
Quite a few of people have traded with me, given me advise, done research, shown me other cool websites about Canadian Coins.
And some really REALLY nice person, who I guess wishes still to remain anonymous, even sent me two Canadian Bank Notes! :8D (8
(A five dollar and a ten dollar bill)
(I wish I knew who you are darn it)
Someone even went threw the bother of sending me 2 Canadian Pennies in the mail HAHAHA! 1987 and a 1994 that I needed a long time ago! :D

We are lucky to be able to use this website and I am so happy that I discovered it! :wiz:

Anyways, here is an update on my Canadian Coin Collection.
Some of the pictures did not turn out so good unfortunately. (;0
It's hard for me to do a very good job because I have some disabilities so I apologize. z|
Maybe someday I will try to take better pictures of them all again. :P

I want to say thank you to everyone that has traded with me so far. :wiz:
You have really helped me on my quest to collect as many common Canadian Coins as possible!

If anyone out there can help me fill in some of the gaps that would be really cool!
Especially now 2016 coins as I realize that I don't think I have any of them!!!

Mostly what I collect is common, unwanted, undesired, generally circulated coins to help fill up my Canadian Coin Books.
I'm not too into the silver coins, although I have managed to collect a couple of them.
I'm not very picky about the condition of them, just as long as they are legible and not extremely worn out.
Basically coins you might get in change at a grocery store that is.
As long as you can see the dates and art work fairly clear, it makes me happy!

Tonight I am showing a bunch of pictures of my Canadian Coin Collection!!! (8
If anyone out there can help me find some more of these some day that would be really cool!!!

Pennies

(It's funny with these, because I never expected to be able to get any of these, but somehow I have managed to collect like 9 of them!)

(My favorites! This collection is what started it all for me and it drives my wife and I totally nuts because we are so close to competing the books by now!) :wiz:

Nickels

(I was really lacking these, but threw some trades, I have a lot these now!)

Dimes

(These are really old and I don't have any. I don't suspect I will ever get any either most likely, but that's ok)
(I am mostly after the common stuff and not the rarer or expensive ones).

(Thanks to everyone who has traded with me to help me find these sail boat dimes!!! cool!!!) :`

Quarters

(I can't believe how many of these I have now! Even crazier is I can't believe how many more I still need in my collection, gesh!)

Half Dollars

(Everyone that I've talk to on this site says that these are pretty hard to get. I don't suspect I will get too many more, but hey at least I managed to get 2 so far!!!)

Loonies

(I love these coins they are gigantic! They remind me of the Eisenhower Dollars that we have here in the States! I would LOVE to get more of these someday) :wiz: :wiz: :wiz:

(This part of my collection was really lacking, but I've got many of them now, how cool!)

Toonies

(I'm surprised by how many I've finally collected of these).

This post took me hours to put up.
So hopefully it will work! 0:)

If anyone out there can help me find some of the missing year that would be great!
You can always send me a message on here or on private.

Hope you are having as much fun collection as I am!!!

Please help me find Canadian Coins for my collection!!!
Do you have a list of which years you still need? (It's difficult and too time consuming to try to figure it out from the photos.) I have all my Canadian cents listed on my swap list, but usually just one coin per type for other types, even though I have a box of spare Canadian change (I live right across the border). I could look through my box and see if I've got any of the years you still need.
I also have quite a fair bit of Canadian stuff going!

Sorry it took me so long to answer you!

I really don't care too much for silver coins or coins of value, just face value, common, stuff in decent condition is all.
I just collect for the fun of it!

Quite a list here! We swap twice and it was a great experience. . Let me see if I can get you some more of those. .
Hi, just joined this site and read your plea. I can help you out with a lot of the common circulation coins on your list. Just going to need a bit of time to dig it up though. Gotta go deep for the 1992, 99, 2000 quarters.
Three of those "big" Cents should arrive next week:O

I think you will now have all KM#21 and your 1st KM#1.

Didn't know you were into 5 Cents too. I'll get some of those off to you in the new year.

Cheers!!!
It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble.  It's what you know for sure, that just ain't so.  Mark Twain
It was cold today so I searched through some coins. I found 27- 5 cent pieces from 1922 to 2016 for you. Also found the 92 and 99 quarters, got both complete sets and most of the newer quarters that you are needing. I am new here so do not know how to proceed with a swap. Is there a way to send a pm?

2 Dollar Coins / Toonies
1997, 1998,
2001, 2003 Diadem Obverse, 2004, 2005, 2006 10th Anniversary Maple Leaf Standard Polar Bear, 2006 10th Anniversary Modified Polar Bear, 2006 RCM, 2008 RCM, 2008, Quebec 400th Anniversary,
2009 RCM, 2010 RCM,
2012 RCM, 2012, 2013 RCM, 2014 RCM, 2015 RCM, 2016 RCM

Right now, I prefer to trade only with American traders right now. However, if you are in Canada and can manage to find a multitude of these coins (esp. the loonies and toonies), I may be more willing to do a trade that way also (just because shipping to Canada is so expensive!!!)

I generally like common, unwanted, undesired, circulated coins. However, I've been very lucky with so many nice and cool people on here to get many bright and shiny coins!!! But hay, I am not picky!!!

Thank's ya'll!!!
