Does anyone have an open swap with WU-TANG from Slovakia?
Is the communication with him good or does he not communicate after accepting the swap?
I think he is trying to deceive me, or maybe I am wrong, but I ask for your opinion if you have a swap with him

Not dealt with the named person, but as he has yet to obtain any feedback, I suggest you use a proposed system where your swap partner sends the coins first. You only post once coins have been received.
This way, confidence grows for both sides.
Positive feedback is a great indicator of trouble free exchanges.

1- Attempted deception.

i asked him to send the coins first and he agreed but never heard from him again !!

I would suggest making a locked thread to inform about known scammers (only country-wise). There should be by every country a member, who has information about the scammer.

This could help prevent future scams from this morons.

maybe is colecting photos , he asked me too pictures and after i dont hear nothing from him

It may be possible that he asked for the photos to further scam someone (adding coins to swaplist he doesn´t have and than sending photos if selected) but it is not even close to be sure.
