Swap evaluation change

Hello everybody,

I swapped with one user some coins, but from negligence, when I send the feedback, I write a positive message but I forget to select stars, and the swap is worth 5 stars.
I do not want to ruin the rating of that person from my mistake.
How is possible to fix this mistake, with who I need to speak to straighten this error?
I am sorry because I post this question here, but I not found in forum how to resolve this problem.
I already talk with bam777, but he said that he is not part of the team.

Same problem here ,
I gave the person we exchanged the coins with 5 star but did not complete the feedback correct and it my mistake , the swap went very well . Is there a way to correct our mistakes??

It happen to me too! Swap complete but I got no stars.
I think that the other swapper, despite his own mistake feels much worse than me!
