Hello and good morning. You will generally find that the value of any particular banknote (or coin, for that matter) is equivalent to the price that any potential buyer is willing to pay. If you search eBay for similar sold listings then that should give you an idea what they have been selling for. You can then set your buying budget according to how much you are willing to pay for the item and make sure that you don't go over that figure - it can be very disappointing to come away having won an auction but feeling that you have overpaid.
