I have this coin:

The obverse is decentred, this is the model for coin or is a mint error?
Also the edge is half reeded, half smooth.
As you can see here (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces24943.html), the edge should be reeded.
This is a regular issue five rupees coin of the Republic of India. The obverse and reverse are in good condition. The edge should be reeded. this coin has no mint errors. The sign above the denomination is the Rupee sign which was introduced in 2010. Below the denomination you can see the mint mark, which is of the Hyderabad mint in this case. On the reverse side you can see the Ashoka emblem which is the national emblem. Beneath it its written 'Sathyameva Jayathe' means 'Truth alone triumphs' . To the side of the emblem its written in Hindi, 'Bharath' , the Hindi name for India.
