Help wood be nice. I tried to looking up but nothing

This design of 10 note with no year was printed from 1990s to upto 2005. There are varieties with different inset letters and signature of different RBI governors as these notes were printed in the tenures of 3 RBI governors - C. Rangarajan, Bimal Jalan and Y. V. Reddy
Its a very common notes and a one in UNC condition can be worth 1$ or 2$ max
