Exonumia

Kantinegeld (Military & DAF), Ghetto Tokens, Warrant Seals, Military Occupation Issues (Reichskreditkassen)

Coins

My collection is substantially complete apart from the nickel 50 Reichspfennig and Reichsmarks. Otherwise I need only a few key dates and the silver commemoratives although I would like to upgrade many of the common dates to genuinely uncirculated specimens. I have a list of the dates / mints I need plus another for updates. Please ask.

Stamps

I have a list of the issues I still need, mostly pre 1941 commemoratives. I only collect unused stamps and mini sheets.

Banknotes

I have only two banknotes :( I'm not sure how to grade notes but I'm looking for crisp, problem free specimens. No dirty, floppy things.

Medals & Badges

Looking for military and civilian awards, especially a corrosion free Wound Badge and a Motherhood award. Also for the pins and badges issued to participants in state sponsored events or construction projects, Police Day, Heroes Day etc.

No replicas, fakes or unrealistic prices please. Items with a documented provenance preferred but not essential.

As finances remain in a fragile state (back in court November 8th, wish me luck!) I'm not in a position to make any purchases for the foreseeable future. However I do have several thousand quality coins to exchange (please refer to my swap list) and stamps including two stock books full of 3rd Reich duplicates, even a few banknotes if that's your thing.

Feel free to ask for an updated wants list for coins and stamps or send a message with pictures and price expected for other items.
Non illegitimis carborundum est.  Excellent advice for all coins.

Additionally I'm looking for Austrian 5 and 10 Groschen zinc coins which are overstruck on 3rd Reich 5 and 10 Reichspfennigs. I've never seen one and wasn't aware of their existence until Numista member Handzumgrus mentioned them (scroll about half way down or even better read the entire discussion which is very, very interesting) - https://en.numista.com/forum/topic53326.html

"After WWII Austria went its own way again and reestablished its own Schilling-currency.
Because of the lack of material they used 5 and 10 Reichspfennig Zinc coins to produce their early 5 and 10 Groschen coins. They just put the Nazi coins into the coin presses.
On some of the 1947-1950 coins you can see parts of the designs of the coins they used."

I'd be very interested in finding a specimen of each with the original coin clearly showing through. If anyone has one please send pictures with the price required. Or if anyone can give me a rough idea of a fair market price that would be helpful.

I like to include such items to mark the end of my collection and fill up the empty spaces in the 20 pocket pages.

Hi Phil, I don't have that coin for you, but the image used for this coin in the online NGC catalogue is a nice example of an overstrike. Lettering of the original coins shows all the way through the word 'groschen' on the obverse, and also to the right of the 0 of the denomination, there are details of the old coin.
Hi Phil,
I am not sure if the prices are fair, but here are some of these coins.
if I can help you, let me know....

Thanks fellers.

That's about $100 I reckon, quite a lot for what would be a only a curiosity and minor enhancement for my collection. I was hoping for a more modest price tag. I see plenty of these coins in local junk bins, I think I'll try to pick one out with the original coin clearly showing.
