2018 Tax Revision in U.S.

I have been informed that as part of the new Tax Revision in the U.S., coin trades may be subject to tax in the U.S. Any information available?

I heard they will also tax breathing, due to CO2 emissions. If you breathe less in 2018 you will get a tax credit.

gyoschak - While there are a few in U.S. politics I would like to stop breathing, there are a few left who aren't total idiots. Regarding getting a tax break for breathing less...don't hold your breath.  :)
