Double die Germany KM213

I came across a suspected double die coin, is it common for this date?

I am not seeing the split serif.

It’s a bit tough to tell from the photo but I don’t think it’s too out of the ordinary... I’ve seen doubling on some 2€ and also a few 1€. I don’t think its specific to this year in particular...

I'm feeling more of a machine double than an actual die double.

Would a die double be even more commonplace, since all the coins produced would be doubling? Please enlighten us on how to differentiate between the two.
