Israel Coin [gelöst]

My brother was working in Israel some years ago, and bring to me some coins that I trying to catalogue on Numista.

There is one of them that I can not find on Numista, however its pretty easy to find images on Google. So I am thinking I'm not searching as I should.

Anyway, if I should add this coin to the catalog I need help to read the year as I have no idea of this characters.
