Canadian One Dollar banknote - series 1974-89 Scenes of Canada

This note is a spare but wondering does anyone recognise or know if this is a famous signature over the note?

Also what significance is the green rubber stamp? It looks like it contains.....UNION and the number 19150-809

If you crop the signature and put it into a google search you might come back with a known result if the signature is in a data base somewhere.

The stamp is most likely from a bank that rebundled the note with that one being on the top. The clerk probably missed getting the stamp on the paper wrap. I would also guess the signature was added after the green stamp as a bank would have removed that from circulation.

Thanks for the reply. I've already tried the Google reverse search but even with a heavily cropped image it still matched it to a Canadian Dollar. Impressive!
