Permanent deactivation of Cheater ID

I am a new user of Numista. From my experiences, if there is a problem with swap, i saw that in many other collecting websites, they open a thread to discuss about the swap and try to resolve the problem. If they failed then they banned the ID of the user who is guilty.
As a new member i face some difficulties. No one agree to send at the same time . Only asked for first sending. But some dishonest collector make benefit of this. Dexxy is a collector from Kazakhstan having more than 100 rating did this with me. I send him a letter and wait until 3 months. After three months he receive my letter and now he stop replying me.
The moderator of the side do a simple thing: Just make a comments on his page that he is observe for suspicious activities. I think it is not enough. The ID of such kind of person should be banned permanently. For a few coins people will not take the risk to loose his reputation that he gained in several past years.

So, please MODERATOR have a look about the idea and save the new collector form Cheater.
