Starting advices for collection and 2€ CC swap

Hello Everyone !

I'm new on Numista and also new in collection, I started to keep 2€ CC when I had one ending up in my pocket, but now I want to try to get serious, so I bought a binder, put them into and now I'm here !
So if anyone wants to trade one (or more) coin, I would be very glad :
Here is the little list of what I have to offer :

France :
2007 (Treaty of Rome)
2008 (French Presidency of the EU)
2013 (Élysée Treaty)
2016 (EURO 2016 Football Championship) x4
2016 (François Mitterrand)
2017 (Auguste Rodin) x3
2017 (Pink Ribbon)

Besides 2€ CC, I want to expand my collection, I'm starting from almost nothing, I have some French coins from when I was younger, and some Kunas of Croatia from my Erasmus (too bad I didn't know I would start a coin collection at this time, it would have been so helpful while there).
So, do you have some advices on how to start my collection ? I have some friends which are at the moment in India, China an Mexico, I asked them to bring me some coins when they will be back in France ^^
I'm thinking about buying bulk coins like this one for exemple ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/Bulk-Lot-of-100-Assorted-World-Foreign-Coins/351270423129 ), do you think that's a good idea ?

Before you buy the bulk lot from ebay please PM me I will be able to do you a much better deal on bulk assorted.
