I have a couple of coins that I acquired in a collection and cannot seem to locate any information on them, this first one I believe is from Greece.

This next coin is from 1936 its a King Edward it appears to be gold, I tested it and it tests gold, cannot find it any info as well for this coin.

Any help would be welcome. Thank you for taking a look.

The Greek medallion seems to be based off the design of the 20 Drachmai coin:

Perhaps a casino token, or play money?

The Edward VIII medallion is a fantasy issue; it may be in gold or silver but it's only worth about bullion value + whatever someone might be willing to pay for it:

Thank you for the information. I tested the Edwards Gold Coin and it tested positive 14K still not sure its solid Gold. If anyone else has input please feel free to post. Thanks Again

The Gold Coast piece appears in Krause & Mischler Unusual World Coins (4th Ed 2005) under the following heading:

GOLD COAST
BRITISH OUTPOST
MEDALLIC COINAGE
Richard Lobel Issues

Depending on weight and diameter, it looks like it would be one of the following:

X#1c CROWN
Gold Subject: Edward VIII Obv: Bust of Edward VIII
facing left Obv. Legend: EDWARD•VIII•KING•&•
EMPEROR Rev: Supported arms
1936 Proof - Value: 500

X#2 SOVEREIGN
0.375 Gold Subject: Edward VIII Obv: Bust of Edward
VIII facing left Obv. Legend: EDWARD•VIII•KING•
&•EMPEROR Rev: Supported arms
1936 - Value: 125

I wouldn't get too excited about the quoted values, Krause are usually way off the mark.

Thank you, Value is nice but as we all know it is subjective. I have had a heck of a time finding any info on the 36, I would be happy with anything over what I paid for it. Shoot I only paid $360 for someones whole foreign coin collection plus US Currency, and some very nice silver pieces. Do you know if it is real Gold or Plated?
