Whilst up-dating my banknote collection over the last few days, came across the following two banknotes, of which I am unable to ascertain any reference number, which I would like to add to my own database.
Any help would, as always, be gratefully received.

50 Pfennig Wiesbaden. Dated September 1919. Size:-83.5mm x 61mm

Essen Notgeld. 500 Mark. Has two dates. 16-9-1922 & 25-9-1922
Size:-173mm x 83.5mm
I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.

Your first one is here, don't know if it's good for a reference number :P

The only thing I found on the internet about the second note is this site

Again I don't know if that's what you meant with looking for a reference number!
Salaction,
Thank you for the information.
As for he first note. Using every different search facility on he Collect website, this banknote never showed up, but it is the one that I have.

As to the second note. I found that note this morning, but I think the reference number is their own catalogue number, and not the number we would all really use.
Like you, I think, Colnect does not have it on their website. Again, tried every search method, but nothing.

Thanks again with your help

They definitely don't have it on their own website, for Essen they have only very high nominal value notes!

But couldn't find anything else on it!
No,
I looked at Essen, then face value, then date, but like you, nothing.
It has been very interesting looking at the Notgeld, as you realise that they had banknotes with a face value of billions, although I have never seen any.
