Worried about Swap

Hi All

I made 2 swaps with a member, the first for coins confirmed on May 6th, the second, proposed by him, my notes for his coins confirmed May 8th. I posted both swaps together and were received by him on May 15th. He wanted to send the two swaps separately due to postal weights and costs. He sent a package to me with a tracking number on May 8th. On June 12th he sent a photo of the same package claiming that it was intercepted and opened by the Royal Mail and returned to him. I told him that he was still responsible for getting the coins to me. He has never sent the second swap nor has he rated me for my part of the swap. To be fair he does reply to messages but it's only excuse after excuse. His feedback prior to our swaps was impeccable out of 25 swaps but since he has picked up a 0 rating. I am now waiting three months for the coins. Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
