no treate request for creation/modification |publication des fiches en attente depuis presque 1 mois

Hallo,

I have modifications/creations requests running from 02-09-2018 up to today.
If I remember rightly, the requests disappear after a month.
My question: what will happen with my non treated request after one month (in 5 days)?
Will I lost the modification made? If yes, how to avoid this? If no, will I see the feedback or get a notification?
