I would like to thanks all the Management team for their effort to solve my matter regarding a swap rating. Though there is lot of misunderstanding between me and the team management but finally I think the management team realize my pain and judge the matter as a neutral way. I apologize for my harsh words and wish all of you will forgive me for the unwanted attitude.

N.B.: I have a little abservation that as there is less monitoring so many people are making benefit of this. There is no system of deactivation or banned the cheater ID.
For example, Deexy a person from Kazakhstan cheat many people including me. But still his profile is in the Numista. It's high rating profile contains more than 100 rating. So if the moderator creat pressure to this account and eating him that if he didn't send coins then his ID will block permanently then I think he will bound to send us because I thing some coins are not so important for the gained rating. He didn't get it in one day. So if his account banned then he will lost his reputation.
Please consider this if you can do anything.
Good job, i also have some bad rating, the person just forgot to add stars.... Still nobody helped me... (That was all i want for christmas too, admins )
The best way is to make black list of people that are confirmed by others for scammers, but its prohibited I think to tell someone data public... But I'm sure there is something we could do, as a community

Oh, so we can get our bad feedbacks deleted?
Well, I saw that my rating for this collector (https://en.numista.com/echanges/profil.php?id=17716) is deleted, and I cannot understand why since we both made a successful swap. But if he got my feedback deleted, maybe I could get his deleted too, since it was his first swap and he didn't know how to rate properly.
I also got a bad rating for not rating fast enough. How fair is that?
And while you're are it, the two bad rating due to the post office's workers' incapability to keep their hands away from packages with coins inside them. Why should I get punished for that?
It's too bad we have to use the rating system. But what else can we use to see the other swapper? If I'm not happy, I still can't write a proper rating knowing I'll get something said about me. I found you can't please everyone. Everyone has a different idea on what a coin should look like. Several times I've received coins that I wasn't happy with. Never made a bad comment, afraid to. I just put a comment under his/her profile that only I can see so that I don't swap with him/her again. Then I write that person a letter to tell them one on one that I am not happy or was sent the wrong coin or whatever. I look at the comments if it less than 10 just to see what's going on with this person, but don't go by it. I have swapped with several people with less than 10/10 and also with people that has a warning on their profile and am very happy with the swaps. I have swapped with people that has 10/10 and am not so happy. Just take it for what it's worth. I enjoy collecting and the people I've meant and swapped with on this site but it's not my life. So, that is my two cents worth, if you don't want to swap with me, don't. If you do I'll do my best but I'm not perfect. Yeah, me too (you can see that mine are from like 2013(, but since this can behaved like an ass to the other person, but still got his bad review deleted, maybe we, who behaved good, can get our bad ratings deleted too? Especially when one part got your review deleted, but not the vice versa.
