France 20 francs 1950

It looks like it has 3 feathers, but it has a strange bounce, is it b, how much could it be worth? How do I clean it without damaging it? Thank you

It has 3 feathers and the full signature Georges Guiraud and the B-mint mark.
Unfortunately a common version.
The 4 feathers, full signature is rare and the 3 feathers short signature (G. Guiraud) is scarce.
All other 20 francs from 1950 are common.

I was not sure if it's 3 or not, so it's worth nothing ?
