Maybe I'm missing something with euro notes but in Australia this serial number would be a spender, in my opinion, PC 0001233123?
It is not low in number (e.g. less then 10, 000), it's not solid (e.g. 000444444) and its not a radar
(e.g. 0001234321) or a repeat (e.g. 000123123) or an error number that I can see?

Unique for the printer prefix, LOL!! It would be kind of interesting to have matched numbers from all the different printers. Numbers would not be unique in that case if you don't consider the prefix codes.
Nothing special on the serial no. So just spend it.
