Ghana banknote is so hard to find...why?

I have a decent collection of modern paper. But one note has eluded me until yesterday. It is the miner/weaver note. Of all that family this has been the toughest to find. I'll add a pic when it arrives.
Does anyone have a clue why?
Thanks.

Check out http://banknote.ws/COLLECTION/countries/AFR/GHA/GHA.htm ,then you can see a listing of Ghana's banknotes arranged in some semblence of order.

Aidan.
Thanks for the link. My question was supposed to read how hard it is to find this note to buy. All others are super easy to find.

They have 28 for sale, as low as $1.15.
I have no idea why they are so hard to find.
Hope this helps.
Specifically the 20 cedis is not for sale there. That is the one unavailable with ease. That is the one that is hard to acquire. I would ask if anyone with Ghana banknote experience to share why if possible. The 20 cedis of 1979 to 1982, or 1981.

1981 is extremely hard to get, mostly because it doesn't exist. I think you mean 1979, 1980, 1982.
Any of this type is hard to find.
