Number 1 is probably a son of Constantine I, as "Nobilissimus Caesar" (i.e. heir to the throne while Constantine is still reigning). I think it's either Constantine II or Constans, but I don't think it's Constantius II. The reverse is to the type GLORIA EXERCITVS ("glory of the army").
Number 4 is, I think, Valens with the GLORIA ROMANORVM type on the reverse, struck at the Siscia Mint. It looks very much like
