Looks like a 1641-1643 Liege Liard,

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces93190.html

but it is different especially in the wording.

Any help is much appreciated!
Looks like this, with F B lettering ...
https://finds.org.uk/database/artefacts/record/id/846014
which that page says means Ferdinand of Bavaria.
But yes, other lettering does not match. Some of yours may be
UEIECCO around crowned shield
ISCOLEON NCCOMIO around initials

Obverse description: Crowned five-fold arms, on a crossed sword and
a bishop's crozier behind, dividing the illegible date
Reverse description: The letters F B with a flower below and a cross
rising from the top of the flower, dividing the letters. All within inner circle.

Hello,

I believe this is a liard of Stavelot. Ferdinand of Bavaria was also abbe of Stavelot. The legends seem to match. See here :

I have a similar one :
Stavelot mint mark:

Non est totum quod splendet ut aurum
Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
Once again you guys are really good at ID'ing coins, I am amazed, thank you!
